People come to therapy for different reasons, but at the root of most of their motivations is the experience of suffering. Therapy offers us the opportunity to inquire into the nature of our suffering and discover our innate capacity for healing. To understand the nature of where we are it is important to meet the right other person or therapist to help build a good relationship.

With psychotherapy I aim to provide a confidential space to help you explore whatever you wish to bring and support you in finding your own ways forward. It can also be an opportunity to explore your life and experiences and reach a deeper understanding of yourself. I offer a warm and safe space to look at your questions, to see what gets in the way of us connecting to the health and joy at the heart of our being. To open up to the much bigger picture of the journey that you are on.

Psychotherapy can also be extremely effective if you are experiencing difficult life circumstances that are proving challenging and overwhelming to be with, these may include:

Loss, divorce, separation, loneliness, illness, self esteem issues, shame, sexuality, abuse, depression, anxiety, negative thinking, addictive behavior, anger, rage, relationship difficulties, fertility or pregnancy issues, eating disorders, life transitions, parenting challenges, career changes, emotional crisis, feelings of failure, hopelessness, stress and the effects of past or present trauma.
